   Answer: 1 pcs per model is available.    

-Question: What’s the brand of LED chip?     

Answer:Bridgelux chip or Epistar Chip, you can select it.

Question:. Do you have certificates about the led flood light?

  Answer: we have got CE,RoHS,EMC,LVD certificates

- Question: May I buy samples from you?   

Answer: Yes, samples available.  

- Question: What’s the leading time? (How long do you need to prepare my goods?)         

Answer: 2-3days for sample orders. 7-10days for mass production orders (based on different quantities).   

- Question: How will you delivery my goods to me?    

Answer: We always ship by international express, air and sea.  

5-7 days for air transportation, 3-5 days for international express. 20-40 days for sea transportation.

Queston : How much does it cost to ship to my country?
  Answer : The freight will be given by the freight company based on your Gross Weight and CBM.

Answer: Our raw materials are purchased from qualified suppliers. And we have a strong quality control team to guarantee our quality according to AQL standard. The quality control system: IQC→PQC→FQC→OQC. Every process will be checked strictly.   50000Hours working span.Each finished product will go through at least 24 hours aging test before shipping

 - Question: What is your waranty?      

Answer: Our warranty is 3 years after delivery.   

-Question. How to deal with when the goods have problem within 3years ?

   Answer: if the goods have some problem then we will assist you to solve it, we should check the problem first,then send the materis or send new goods to you.
