The equipment mainly uses high-temperature distillation and condensation to heat and distill the waste oil at room temperature. A part of the oil and gas enters the condensing system and is liquefied into the oil tank. The non-liquefiable part is sent to the heating system through the gas system to burn off.

The main working flow of waste oil refining diesel oil machine is:

1. The heat transfer oil system adds heat transfer oil and heats the base.

2. The base of the reactor is heated. The aircraft is subjected to high temperature distillation and the oil is distilled off.

3. The oil and gas passes through the tower and enters the condenser. The liquefiable portion is condensed into product oil. The non-liquefiable portion is sent to the heating system through the gas system and burned.

4. The final product oil obtained is desulfurized and degreasing.
