The conveyor bracket between the upward rubber belt and the downward rubber belt should be installed horizontally, so that there is a certain pressure between the contact wheel and the belt surface to prevent the wrong action caused by the beating of the contact wheel.When the contact wheel drives the inner pulse disk along with the movement of the belt conveyor, the magnetic response signal of the sensor is input into the control circuit when the pulse hovers, which is amplified and then counted.The calculated value is compared with the pre-value to determine the belt number of the tape, i.e., normal speed, skid, speed, etc.At the same time, the execution circuit output the corresponding switch signal.
Structural features:
The machine is composed of touch wheel, pulse plate, electronic pulse switch, shell, etc. The touch wheel is made of pressed aluminum, the surface milling groove is wear-resistant and sliding, the shell is cast by aluminum, and the joint is equipped with sealing ring, even though the weight of the machine is reduced and the waterproof performance is better.
The internal switch of the machine is one independent normally open and one independent normally closed. If the belt speed is lower than the set speed, it can trip or stop the machine (the general setting value is between 70% and 80% of the normal value).
