1.The boiler is a double-drum vertical A-type water-pipe steam
boiler. The main engine of the boiler is assembled into two
parts: the upper heating surface (main body) and the lower
combustion equipment. After the boiler arrives at the user, as
long as the upper and lower parts are closed, the installation
of other parts of the boiler can be carried out. The combustion
chamber is composed of water wall tubes arranged around the
furnace and upper drum, and the convective heating surface is
composed of dense convective tube bundles arranged between
the upper and lower drums at the rear. A soot blower is also
provided for the second return of the convective tube bundle
to remove the ash deposited on the convective tube bundle in
time. There are two repair holes on the back wall of the boiler,
so that all the furnace walls can be easily inspected and
repaired. Cast iron economizer is set separately at the tail of
the boiler.
2. The upper and lower drums are respectively equipped with
hole-entering devices, with one drum before and after the
upper drum and one drum under the lower drum. The left and
right headers are equipped with hand hole devices at both
ends. It is convenient for boiler inspection and maintenance,
and also provides great convenience for boiler cleaning after
shutdown.
3. The grate adopts a new type of large non-leaking grate (the
original grate is a flaky grate), which runs easily and reliably.
This type of grate sheet greatly improves the reliability of the
boiler operation, basically realizes that the heated grate sheet
is not subject to tension and is not easy to damage; the coal
leakage of the boiler operation is less than that of the sheet
grate sheet, which can save 1-2% of coal, and has good
ventilation conditions, and has certain self-cleaning ability.
